This is an alternative drawing style that is one of my absolute favourites to use. I get really inspired by re-imagined versions of classic characters, so both the vintage aesthetic that a few people here use, as well a lot of the other stylizations, are some of the fan artwork that I like best. I appreciate when people do skillful fan art in the anime/manga style, but I like it best when illustrators employ their own unique hand to bring a whole new perspective to these familiar characters.(***I totally get that they look a little drag-queen-ish, but I think it gives them some extra personality. :P )
